Epic Organizational Development / Site Readiness PMP

Job Summary

The Organizational Development (OD) Project Manager will be part of a collaborative team responsible for leading the engagement and adoption activities through the MSL project plan and timeline that has been prepared by the existing OD team. 

Responsibilities also include managing detailed workplans, budget, leading and facilitating meetings, strategy sessions and relationships throughout various hospitals and clinic staff. 

Additionally, the OD Project Manager will work directly with the Program Director, Readiness Director, and other MSL Workgroup Project Managers (Ambulatory, Provider, 

Clinical, Technology, Revenue Cycle, Training/Staffing, and System Build.), and most all departments in the organization to guide the organization through the change management lifecycle and assure 

readiness for implementation of MSL.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage detailed workplans, budget, leading and facilitating meetings, strategy sessions and relationships throughout various hospitals and clinic staff
  • Work directly with the Program Director, Readiness Director, and other MSL Workgroup Project Managers (Ambulatory, Provider, Clinical, Technology, Revenue Cycle, Training/Staffing, and System Build.), and most all departments in the organization to guide the organization through the change management lifecycle and assure readiness for implementation of MSL

Qualifications and Skills

 

  • 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end experience in an organizational development role leading engagement and adoption activities in a medium to large scale Epic implementation 
  • 5+ years of experience managing Organizational Development / Site Readiness projects
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or related field highly preferred 
  • Exceptional interpersonal, consulting, facilitation, training/presentation, and relationship-building skills 
  • Skilled at problem solving o Knowledgeable of health system operations 

This is an hourly, W2 position with travel expenses reimbursed according to client's travel policy.  Start immediately with 6 months initial contract with possibility of an extension.
